Qualifications

  • This position blends people leadership, technical oversight, and hands‑on contribution in a fast‑moving, collaborative Agile environment.
  • Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, with hands‑on experience delivering product features in Agile environments.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing software development teams delivering enterprise or customer‑facing products.
  • At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft development

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of experienced software engineers, fostering accountability, growth, and high performance.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, QA, Product Managers, and Business Analysts within an Agile environment and frequent release cycles.
  • Own the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle—from planning and estimation through delivery and post‑release support.
  • Partner with QA leaders and technical stakeholders to ensure high quality, stability, and on‑time delivery of software releases.
  • Define and uphold development standards while championing best practices in design, testing, performance, and maintainability; drive continuous improvements across processes,
