We are growing and seek a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated SDE to join our Autonomous Routing and Coordination (ARC) team in North Reading, MA.

Qualifications
- Experience in areas such as autonomous navigation, motion planning, multi-agent planning and coordination, control systems, and simulation is a plus.
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
- 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications,
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3+ years of building complex software systems experience
- Experience designing, developing and deploying robotic systems
- Technical expertise in one or more of the following areas; Autonomous Navigation, Motion Planning and Control of Autonomous Vehicles, Multi-Agent Planning and Coordination, Reinforcement Learning
- Experience with simulation platforms and
