Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing, Product Owner or Scrum Master role operating on an AGILE delivery cadence
- Experience with C++, C#, OOP, OOD, Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, and Test Driven Development
- Prior Real Time Operating System (RTOS) and embedded systems development experience including managing concurrencies, threads, scheduling, semaphores, and queues/buffers – (Windows & Linux)

- Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Loc*** facility.
- Work Schedules:
- Loc*** supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
- Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
- These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off

- In this role, you will collaborate across software, systems, and mission engineering teams to integrate scalable, real-time fusion solutions into advanced applications.
- You will help shape architectural direction across large, complex codebases while ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability in embedded and real-time environments.
