Job summary

Senior Unity Game Developer to lead feature implementation and maintenance across game portfolio.

Qualifications

• Ability to design maintainable, scalable Unity/C# systems using OOP, SOLID principles, composition, dependency management, and appropriate design patterns
• Proven track record delivering shipped mobile titles, preferably in live production environments
• Deep understanding of mobile performance, memory management, profiling, and platform-specific constraints
• Strong communication skills for reporting progress, blockers, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders
• Experience with Git-based workflows and collaborative development practices

Responsibilities

• Own Unity feature development end-to-end, from technical design through rollout and long-term maintenance
• Lead scaling of core features across multiple titles, ensuring consistent quality and reusable implementation patterns
• Identify, structure, and execute improvements within existing codebases while avoiding unnecessary rewrites
• Collaborate closely with Games team members to clarify requirements and manage delivery risks
• Organize and optimize Unity code quality, performance, debugging, tooling, and maintainability across projects
