Qualifications
- experience in computer network operations and staffed with talent who have built, overseen, and enhanced capabilities throughout the entire USG arsenal.
- Our team of hackers and engineers have experience spanning centuries of research, development, and operations missions - across desktop, mobile, IoT, and embedded platforms.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Contribute to automated testing efforts using
- 8+ years of experience as a Test Engineer supporting programs of similar scope and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree)
- Experience with automated testing and scripting (e.g., Python, Java, Bash)
- Hands-on experience with testing
Responsibilities
- Own the testing strategy as the lead Test Engineer on a fast-paced, mission-critical program
- Partner directly with software and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality, resilient systems
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests across system, integration, regression, and stress scenarios
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
- Validate data ingest pipelines and ensure alignment with data lifecycle management
