Qualifications
- You’ll own sourcing, pipeline management, the hiring process, and the candidate experience from start to finish.
- Experience scaling an engineering team from around 20 to over 100 engineers
- At least 5 years of engineering hiring experience in total
- Deep knowledge of London’s competitive engineering market
- To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
