Qualifications
- against open requisitions, submitting candidates to hiring managers for review, as well as supporting the overall administrative hiring processes.
- This position will work hybrid out of the Dayton Area reporting to HQ Corporate in McLean, VA.

- Must have demonstrated experience developing targeted recruitment strategies using a variety of resources in order to identify and develop candidates for hiring needs of organization.
- Provide strategic support to the business development/capture efforts by identifying candidates and companies supporting specific programs or customers.
- Provide support to proposal efforts by engaging with targeted candidates to determine
- and obtain required documentation, as well as providing pricing realism for execution and delivery post-award
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience recruiting for IT-focused positions and skill sets, to include, but not limited to:
