Qualifications
- Backed by over 25 years of experience and approximately $7.0 trillion in platform assets, Env*** is trusted by over one third of financial advisors across leading banks, wealth managers, brokerages, and RIAs.
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in years of relevant recruiting experience
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant corporate recruiting experience
- 2-5 years of full cycle in-house technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring for engineering roles.
Responsibilities
- During this maternity leave contract, you will represent the Env*** brand and be an extension of the candidate experience.
- You will serve as a trusted partner to the hiring managers to understand and prioritize hiring needs across the Env*** organization by leveraging data and analytics.
