• Construction site experience proficiency: You have a proven track record in technical project management, rollout management, or site coordination within an IT context.
• Network infrastructure in your DNA: You are deeply knowledgeable of network technology and feel comfortable with physical setups (racks, patching).
• We would love if you bring on solid experience in configuring Zyxel Nebula (or comparable cloud-managed networks).
• Smart Access know-how (Big Plus): You have prior experience with modern building access control systems (e.g., Glutz, Salto, or similar smart lock vendors).
• Assertiveness & willingness to travel: You know how to communicate effectively with contractors on-site, remain solution-oriented under pressure, and bring the flexibility required for regular site visits.
• Workation: You have the chance to work twice per year for a duration of up to 4 weeks from a different country in the European Union.

• Languages: Business fluent in German and English is a must — you'll be in site meetings across DACH+ markets daily.
