Responsibilities

• As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead our most strategically important client projects in the region.
• Develop blueprint processes for the rollout of standard product offerings.
• Guide product development by systematically capturing market needs and partner insights.
• Workplace: Berlin/Hybrid or Europe/Remote.
• We collaborate with teams around the Globe and our HQ in Berlin, where the Berlin team often meets in the office.
• Who you are:
• You have 4+ years managing technical projects or solution delivery, including in a consulting or high growth environment
• You are confident navigating technical topics like API integrations, architecture diagrams, and e-commerce, even if you’re not the one coding.
• You’re a structured communicator who can translate complexity into clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You take ownership, thrive in ambiguity, and are energised by solving cross-functional coordination challenges.
• You are business fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• You are open to business travel to our key markets in Latin America.
