Responsibilities

• In this role, you will drive engineering schedules, manage dependencies, and help teams deliver secure, enterprise-scale solutions with transparency and precision.
• You will work across engineering, infrastructure, operations, and security stakeholders to identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep delivery commitments on track.
• Work you'll do
• within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
• 3+ years in technical/engineering program management managing infrastructure, tooling, or cybersecurity projects
• Proven ability to own complex, multi-team engineering schedules with delivery accountability across infrastructure and application layers
• Experience coordinating cross-functional dependencies, milestone tracking, issue resolution, and escalations across engineering, operations, security, and infrastructure teams
• Experience supporting infrastructure deployments through release planning, continuous integration/continuous deployment pipeline coordination, security review activities, and operational readiness planning
• Ability to identify, assess, and communicate risk; translate technical and security risks to business impact
• Proven track record influencing outcomes without direct authority across engineering, operations, security, and leadership
