Qualifications
- We’re seeking an experienced Cleared Technical Recruiter to support our IT modernization group.

- Support capture and proposal efforts, including incumbent capture, pipeline development, and identifying KP and non-KP talent
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines leveraging creative sourcing strategies across active and passive channels, talent mapping, referrals, and networking
- Identify and secure hard-to-find technical and cleared talent across multiple geographies and time-sensitive hiring needs
- Promote ICF*** opportunities within both the technical and cleared communities through networking, referrals, social media, and industry engagement
- Leverage internal talent sources to drive mobility, employee referrals, and alumni engagement
- Maintain accurate data in Workday ATS, ensuring compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and government/security-related hiring
- Deliver market intelligence and talent insights across technical skill sets, clearance levels, and competitive landscapes
- 5+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience, with a strong focus on cleared recruiting
- 2+ years supporting federal or DOW space
- 3+ years of sourcing expertise, including passive candidate engagement in cleared talent pools
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in full lifecycle recruiting for technical and cleared talent, supporting complex and mission-critical roles
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across a range of technical positions, including Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity professionals, Platform Architects, Business Analysts, and more
- Partner closely with hiring managers and program leaders as a trusted advisor, developing a deep understanding of business needs, role
