We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team and play a crucial role in supporting our diverse employee base, managing systems across Mac OS, Windows.

Responsibilities
- As a (Senior) System Administrator for the App***, you will keep our office infrastructure and tech setup running smoothly and support a small team’s activities.
- Leading projects from beginning to end, as well as coaching and mentoring juniors and new joiners.
- Ensure that our workplace tech is constantly working: Network, Wi-Fi, Internet Access, Meeting Rooms, Tech Equipment in common spaces and offices, etc.
- You will provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions in our Confluence
- Proper management of the IT warehouse
- Provide the set-up and removal of technical equipment
- Manage over 400 workstations, mainly onsite in Hamburg but also remotely
- Ensure proper security of our computers and network
- Willing to take part in daily support when needed and proactively offer hands-on assistance to colleagues and other teams with an open-minded attitude
- Who you are:
