  • 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
  • PREFERRED
  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  • 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

Responsibilities

  • Architect the long-term engineering direction for Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, resolving platform fragmentation and centralizing the authorization evaluation model for core platforms.
  • Serve as the deep-domain technical authority on hyper-reliable infrastructure, leading complex, multi-year engineering programs to ensure fast, scalable, and always-correct IAM enforcement.
  • Advise the next-generation evolution of IAM capabilities by identifying, prototyping, and integrating novel AI approaches into reliable production systems.
  • Provide technical oversight and thought leadership while proactively fostering a collaborative culture focused on mentoring and developing engineering talent.
