Responsibilities

• p>As our Senior Specialist - B2B Retail Development (EMEA), you will turn strategic brand vision into elevated physical retail experiences.
• You will own the presentation of On’s Shop-in-Shops (SIS) and branded environments across key wholesale partners (including JD, Foot Locker, and Snipes), ensuring every touchpoint reflects our premium identity.
• Bridging global strategy with regional execution, you will lead high-impact fixture rollouts, optimize retail workflows, and shape the physical consumer journey across EMEA.</p>
