  • Warwick Clinical Trials Unit (WCTU) is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Software Engineer to play a leading role within our busy Programming Team.
  • while championing recognised testing best practices and modern security principles.
  • We are looking for someone with strong expertise across a broad range of testing practices, including automation, and a solid understanding of QA methodologies and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities

  • You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance of software that supports cutting-edge health research.
  • In this role, you will lead the implementation of the team’s QA strategy, designing and executing both manual and automated testing across multiple products.
  • You will own and evolve the QA infrastructure, supporting modern CI/CD practices and integrating automated testing throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Working within an agile environment, you will contribute to sprint planning and ensure testing is effectively aligned with frequent, high-quality releases.
  • You will also support and enhance the data quality testing infrastructure, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and traceability of clinical trial data.
