Qualifications
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
- Required
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of HR systems experience (e.g.
- PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or Workday)
- 2+ years of business systems analysis or design experience
- 2+ years of technology release or implementation experience
- 1+ years of Workday development experience, including integrations - EIB's, Core Connectors, Studio, Reporting - Report Writer, Advanced Reporting
- Desired
- Workday or other HR systems Compensation experience
- Experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query
