About this role Wel*** is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) within Digital Onboarding team to design, develop, and lead modern, scalable frontend applications. This role requires deep expertise in current frontend technologies, strong architectural skills, and the ability to mentor engineers while partnering closely with product, design, and backend teams.

Qualifications

• Wel*** is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) within Digital Onboarding team to design, develop, and lead modern, scalable frontend applications.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
• Required
• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3 years of experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and optimizing build performance at scale
• 3 years of experience with front-end frameworks, such as React
• 3 years of state management (Redux, Zustand, NgRx, etc.) experience
• 3 years of modern CSS (CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, preprocessors, CSS‑in‑JS) experience
• 3 years of experience building responsive, accessible, and high‑performance UI solutions
• 2+ years of experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Cypress etc.)
• 2+ years of exposure to micro-frontends
