Qualifications
- This is a full-time hybrid position located in Ashburn, VA with limited travel as required.

- Investigate and resolve software defects, system performance issues, and production support requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, DevSecOps, QA, and Product Management throughout the software lifecycle.
- Participate in software architecture discussions and recommend improvements to system scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Review code, mentor junior engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
- Contribute to technical documentation, design artifacts, and release planning.
- MINIMUM
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience developing software using Node.js and/or Python.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL, Linux environments, Git, and modern source control workflows.
