- This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mainframe Developer with 8+ Years of specialized technical experience to support, maintain, and enhance a suite of mainframe applications.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
- Experience in enterprise-level ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Service Manager, etc.) and their operational workflows.
- Worked on waterfall and agile methodology projects; capable of handling – Incidents, Service Requests and Change Requests simultaneously.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution for complex application and integration.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Mainframe applications and database queries.
- Develop technical documentation (Knowledge Base articles, SOPs) for business and support teams
