About the role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a newly formed team focused on accelerating the capabilities of the Nin*** platform through manifest-driven development. This team is being built from the ground up and has ambitious goals to remake how Nin*** delivers features — with a direct, visible impact on customer value.

- About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Java software development for product applications, or equivalent, with solid expertise in Kotlin.
- Python experience is a plus but not required — we value adaptable engineers who can work across languages as needed.
- 4+ years of experience working with highly scalable software systems.
- Experience leveraging AI tooling to accelerate software development.
- Experience working on systems at scale and finding solutions to scale systems further.
- Working knowledge of a breadth of OOP design principles.
- Expertise in scaling data structures and object-oriented design.
- Knowledge of API best practices and REST service development using frameworks like Jersey or Spring.
