About the team Sym***'s AI Enablement team is a fast-growing team of builders inside our Data Analytics organization. Responsibilities
- As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality solutions on one of these teams.
- You'll design the core capabilities and APIs that support one or more of our products, and the lightweight interfaces (e.g.
- You'll set patterns the rest of the team builds on, influence architecture, and mentor the engineers around you.
- Lead delivery of secure, high-quality, performant code, and build reusable solutions for others to use.
- Drive design: define patterns, run design reviews, and shape our architecture.
- Improve how we test, automate, and deliver code.
- Strengthen security, performance, and reliability, and lead root-cause analysis on production issues.
- Mentor other engineers on the team.
- Who You Are
- An experienced engineer with a track record of leading delivery and shaping design within a team.
- Built and operated production services and APIs.
- Hands-on with cloud infrastructure on AWS (preferred) or Google Cloud, especially containerized workloads.
