Qualifications
- and ask you to create a Python/Django/DRF project and push it to a GitHub repo for us to review once completed.
- Technical conversation (60 min).
- A deeper discussion with members of our engineering team about your experience, how you approach problems, and how you think about architecture and code quality.
- We'll talk through your take home project, real scenarios relevant to our stack, and the challenges we're solving.
- No gotcha questions, no whiteboard algorithms.
- Live coding session (60 min).
- A practical, pair-programming-style session adding a feature to your take-home project.
- You're welcome to use the AI coding
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Must be available to work weekdays during core business hours of 9am–3pm Pacific Time.
