Qualifications

  • This is a full-time, primarily on-site position located at Fort Meade, MD, supporting classified customer environments with occasional travel to Cubic facilities and other customer locations as required.
  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Serve as the primary on-site software engineering representative supporting Unified Video (UV), Feed Management Portal (FMP), NetOps, and related mission applications.
  • Troubleshoot software, infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues directly within operational environments.
  • Develop site-specific software enhancements, automation scripts, utilities, and custom integrations to meet customer mission
  • Support Kubernetes-based deployments, containerized applications, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines in both development and operational environments.
  • Assist with software installation, upgrades, configuration management, and release deployments.
  • Collaborate with engineering, DevSecOps, operations, and customer personnel to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, or similar scripting
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering or DevOps experience.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top-Secret Security Clearance.
