• The Way*** Driver has provided over ten million rider-only trips, enabled by its experience autonomously driving over 100 million miles on public roads and tens of billions in simulation across 15+ U.
• Advise and guide cross-functional engineers across Fleet Response and broader Way*** teams to ensure optimal utilization of web application systems
• Partner closely with Way*** SRE to drive global scalability and maintain the high availability of mission-critical, real-time platforms.
• You have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study
• 4+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend).
• Familiarity with web client architectures (Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, etc).
• Enjoyment from working closely with your users.
• A strong intrinsic motivation for reliability.
• We prefer:
• Experience bringing technical and non-technical groups together.
• Experience with C++.
