ABOUT THE ROLE We're a Y Combinator–backed, seed-stage AI startup modernizing procurement and distribution for the defense, aerospace, and industrial sectors. Our small, high-caliber team of ~15 embeds directly into client operations to build AI-native systems that bring order to fragmented, legacy-heavy environments — automating quoting, sourcing, and operational workflows at scale.

Qualifications
- Required:
- Up to 5 years of software development experience (we value depth and demonstrated impact over years alone).
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and efficient query writing.
- Experience designing and implementing backend services and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience contributing to AI workflows and/or validation systems.
- Experience working in or with distributed, multi-location engineering teams.
