ABOUT THE ROLE Job level: 9 Working Style: Hybrid, the successful candidate will be expected to attend an office on average twice a week based on client demand in London or Bristol. The Senior Project Manager role is vital in supporting our clients in delivering against their strategic objectives and helping meet the needs of their customers and supporters.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with a dedicated team of client services, strategists, designers and developers, the role is responsible for project management excellence throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Ensuring delegated projects achieve agreed success KPIs, including but not limited to budget, time, scope, quality and client satisfaction
• Taking ownership for escalation and resolution of all risks and issues that may affect meeting project/progress success KPIs
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and reporting
• Flagging any opportunities to the right people where they might be an opportunity to grow or deepen a relationship
• Following agreed ways of working and behaviours as described by your SLT
• Owning your part in building an effective working relationships with all colleagues, stakeholders and clients
• Running Overseeing the day-to-day to day project and programme management delegated projects and programmes using agreed methodologies, approaches and frameworks
• Being mindful of the commercial underpinning of the business and your direct contribution to meeting in-month revenue forecasts
• Proactively managing project overburns, ensuring stability to project profit forecast
• Making active contributions to governance and reporting forums
• Deepening your knowledge of your craft, our sectors and the services we provide
