• Position
• You will lead a cross functional team of mechanical, electrical and software engineers as well as subcontractors to design and commission customer solutions to some of the world's largest airports.
• Complete projects on schedule and under budget.
• Establish project parameters and review all material.
• Establish project team and conduct project review meetings.
• Senior Project Manager is responsible for all meetings and meeting documentation.
• Meet with customer and salesman to review project.
• Establish procedure to ensure easy and complete communication to the customer, project team and all others involved (written and oral).
• Be sure that mechanical & electrical engineering have reviewed estimate and understand all elements involved.
• Establish a detailed schedule, establish priorities, and identify lead times.
• Establish a cash flow schedule.
