Qualifications

  • and customer experiences into features and functions that drive the platform/product roadmap.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives while remaining actively engaged throughout the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
  • Works with Technical Program Managers, Software Engineers, and internal customers to define the details behind the business
  • Analyzes and interprets voice of the customer and product metrics as a feedback loop into the backlog and balances the priorities against new features
  • Recommends trade-off decisions on platform product features/depth of features/backlog items
  • Owns and manages product documentation ensuring features and associated documentation are clear and easily consumable by other engineering teams
  • Demonstrate 'Mas*** Way' cultural values every day – create value, grow together and move fast – with a relentless focus on doing the right things

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of Product Management work experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Strong Agile mindset with experience driving iterative product delivery and cross-functional collaboration in a large organization.
