- li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">5+ years of proven experience in a mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering environment</li>
- li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proficiency in SolidWorks (preferred) or Creo</li>
- li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Extensive injection moulding experience and understanding of materials suited to high-voltage applications, including PPS and PAGF</li>
- li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Expertise in managing electrical safety risks — dielectric, hi-pot, arcing, and related considerations</li>
- li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience with FMEA, DFMEA, and HAZOP for risk assessment in high-voltage systems</li>
