Qualifications

- Significant experience as a senior HR Business Partner or People Partner in a fast-scaling, international organisation
- Curiosity about our mission matters more than aerospace experience, though both is ideal
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders and teams across a global business of 600 people.
- You'll lead on our most critical people priorities, performance, development, culture, leadership coaching and complex global projects.
