Job summary

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior OpenShift / Kubernetes Platform Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the engineering, operation, automation, and continuous improvement of the Bank’s enterprise OpenShift and Kubernetes platform supporting mission-critical workloads across hybrid cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OpenShift/Kubernetes platform engineering within enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• You will combine platform operations with project delivery, helping to modernize infrastructure through automation, DevOps practices, and cloud-native
• Platform Engineering & Operations
• Operate, maintain, and continuously improve the Bank’s enterprise OpenShift and Kubernetes platform.
• Ensure platform stability, scalability, security, and performance across hybrid cloud environments.
• Perform complete platform lifecycle management including installation, upgrades, patching, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule within a four-person team.

• Design, implement, and operate enterprise-grade Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
• Manage networking, storage, security, and cluster services.
