  • HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
  • You will set the standard for excellence within the Neurology Nursing Department, championing high-quality patient care and evidence-based clinical practice.
  • You will coordinate nursing services and workflow across procedure areas, ensuring efficient service delivery, effective resource utilisation, and optimal patient flow.
  • In addition, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department, seeking opportunities to enhance patient outcomes, strengthen team performance, and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Working Pattern
  • Full-time position covering 40 hours per week across a rolling 6-week rota
  • 4-day working week comprising 4 x 9.25-hour shifts
  • 1 in 6 weekend rota (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Bank holiday rota, currently averaging 2 shifts per year
