Qualifications
- This team needs experienced engineers who can take ownership of critical systems and drive technical decisions in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment.
- and translate them into engineering priorities
- Collaborate with embedded software, DSP/RFML, systems architecture, and growth teams
- Support field deployments, integration events, and customer engagements
- Contribute to building the MSE team's culture, processes, and technical standards from the ground up
- Required
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in at least two of: Haskell, Rust, C++, Go, TypeScript
- Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Embedded systems, real-time systems, or hardware/software interfaces
- Backend services, distributed systems, or data infrastructure
- Deployment systems, CI/CD, configuration management, or infrastructure-as-code
