Qualifications
- EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years relevant experience required
- EXPERIENCE
- Significant experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise environments
- Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID
- Experience implementing and managing identity and access management solutions including SSO, MFA, and conditional access
- Experience supporting enterprise integrations and automation platforms
- Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and cloud platform issues
- Experience with scripting, automation, or platform administration
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Bookings, Stream, and OneDrive
- Manage Entra ID integrations including app registrations, enterprise applications, SSO, and consent frameworks
- Support authentication, authorization, conditional access policies, and identity lifecycle management
- Perform user, group, and mailbox provisioning and administration
- Design, implement, and maintain secure M365 and Entra ID solutions
- Administer and govern the Microsoft Power Platform environment, including environment strategy and operational governance
- Develop and support automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Support Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot agents initiatives and integrations
- Monitor and respond to operational alerts, escalations, and platform performance issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across messaging, identity, automation, and collaboration platforms
- Partner with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance, governance, and operational readiness
- Support SIEM integrations and operational monitoring
