Qualifications

- li>A proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing Solution or Sales Engineering teams.</li>
- li>Attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier technical sales talent in a high-growth environment.</li>
- li>Blending technical excellence with strong business acumen and value-selling methodologies to achieve and exceed business targets.</li>
- li>Establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships with key technical stakeholders at both customer and partner organizations.</li>
- li>Developing and maintaining deep hands-on technical expertise, with the ability to confidently lead architectural discussions across a complex, highly technical product portfolio.</li>
