Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering, you will manage multiple engineering teams responsible for building scalable, reliable, and high-impact systems that power Ind***’s products and services.
  • In this role, you will set technical direction, drive execution of large-scale initiatives, and ensure your teams deliver high-quality solutions that improve experiences for job seekers and employers.
  • You will work closely with engineering, product, and data partners to align priorities, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver meaningful outcomes for the business.
  • You will also play a key role in developing engineering talent, fostering an innovative technical culture, and shaping long-term technical strategy while ensuring operational excellence across the systems your teams own.
  • Manage and grow multiple engineering teams, supporting career development, performance, and an innovative engineering culture
  • Define technical direction and guide the design and delivery of scalable, reliable software systems
  • Partner with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical solutions
  • Drive execution of large initiatives across teams, ensuring high quality, reliability, and timely delivery
  • Establish and maintain best-in-class engineering practices, including code quality, system design, testing, and operational excellence
  • Use data, metrics, and experimentation to inform technical decisions and improve product and system performance
  • Mentor engineering managers and senior engineers, helping develop the next generation of technical leaders
