- p>As a Senior IT Operations Engineer, your mission is to elevate our IT support and system management to world-class standards.
- You’ll not only solve complex technical issues but also strategize on IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.
- Your leadership will build upon our foundations, enhancing our SaaS environment and macOS fleet management for our global team, affectionately known as 'Remoters'.</p>
- p>This senior position demands a blend of technical prowess, strategic planning, and team leadership.
- You’re expected to:</p>
- li>Lead by example, setting high standards in system administration, particularly for SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Okta, and in endpoint management for macOS.</li>
- li>Mentor junior team members, sharing your deep knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.</li>
- li>Assist with the rollout and governance of AI
