- h2><strong>The Role: </strong></h2>
- p>A key focus of this role is supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across EMEA Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships.
- You’ll bring strong employment law expertise across multiple EMEA jurisdictions and navigate complex employee relations situations with confidence.
- Experience working with works councils is advantageous and welcomed.</p>

- h4><strong>Strategic HR Business Partnership</strong></h4>
- li>Partner with the Director of HR International to ensure full leadership coverage across EMEA, managing a broad and diverse client group.</li>
- li>Build strong relationships with leaders across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and the wider EMEA region, adapting your approach to local context.</li>

- h2>Who You Are: </h2>
- h4><strong>Education and Experience</strong></h4>
- li>BA/ BSc degree in Human Resources or related field.</li>
- li>7+ years of experience as an HRBP, with a significant proportion of that time supporting EMEA-based organisations.</li>
- p><strong>EMEA Expertise & Employment Law</strong></p>
- li>Deep pan-EMEA HR experience, with strong understanding of the cultural, legal, and organisational landscape across the region.</li>
- li>Experience working with works councils or other employee representative bodies across EMEA markets.</li>
- p><strong>Business Partnering Across Distance</strong></p>
- li>Proven ability to build trust and deliver impact with leaders based outside your own location, managing relationships primarily through remote and cross-border ways of working.</li>
- li>Experience supporting GTM teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and/or Partnerships, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li>
