Job summary

Step into a vital position at our Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in Smugglers Way, Wandsworth. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on operational role at the heart of London’s recycling system.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar environment — preferably within recycling, MRF operations or an engineering‑based setting.
• You should be comfortable making decisions in a high‑pressure operational setting, with a strong understanding of safe working practices and statutory

• You’ll be guiding junior operatives, supporting colleagues across the facility, and ensuring that daily check sheets, paperwork and handovers are completed clearly and on time.
