- Essential:
- Significant hands-on experience in similar or related roles, including issue escalation and platform ownership.
- 4+ years administering Salesforce in a complex organisation.
- Advanced declarative configuration expertise (Flows, automation, security, reporting).
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
