Qualifications
- Our team owns how new users discover, understand, and get started with Dis*** — from the first moment someone encounters us on the web through the onboarding experience that turns them into engaged members.
- Build and optimize user-facing experiences that improve how people discover, understand, and get started with Dis***
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production web products
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and React with a track record of delivering high-performance frontend experiences
- Practical experience with Python and backend frameworks such as Flask
- Experience designing and running A/B tests with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Prior experience on growth-focused engineering teams working on activation, onboarding, or acquisition
- Experience building SEO infrastructure, or interest in how LLMs and search engines index and surface web content
- Mobile development experience
