Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years required

- Who You Are
- Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of software engineering work experience.
- Experienced in Typescript, Python, React, FastAPI, Django, Flask, and AWS.
- Strong experience designing distributed systems and scalable applications.
- Experience owning production systems and making architectural decisions.
- Experience in fintech, insurance, workflow automation, or other complex operational businesses is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities

- You will own large technical initiatives across underwriting, claims, finance, compliance, and internal tooling.
- You'll work directly with leadership, product, and operations teams to build software that eliminates manual work and enables the company to scale.
