Qualifications
- This role combines deep technical expertise with mentorship and technical leadership, driving engineering standards, application performance, and user experience across products.

- Drive frontend best practices around architecture, code organization, maintainability, and performance optimization
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on frontend implementation strategies
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive behavior, and accessibility compliance across applications
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level frontend developers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance
- Architecture & Code Quality
- Define and evolve frontend architecture patterns, reusable component strategies, and shared libraries
- Lead efforts to improve application performance, bundle optimization, rendering efficiency, and scalability
- Establish and enforce frontend engineering standards, testing strategies, and development workflows
- Conduct thorough pull request reviews and provide actionable technical feedback
- Collaborate on state management strategies, modular application design, and frontend infrastructure improvements
