Qualifications

- You are the person the engineering team trusts to keep the platform fast, reliable, and safe.
- You care as much about developer experience as you do about uptime.
- You are excited about designing infrastructure for a bank that runs on agents, not on legacy systems.
- You are a sysadmin by heart and do not step outside of infrastructure.
- You are not comfortable operating under banking-grade regulatory scrutiny.
- Experience: 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or similar roles.
- Cloud Fluency: Advanced hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, EC2, EKS, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Kubernetes Mastery: Ability to design, debug, and operate production-grade Kubernetes environments.
- IaC Expertise: Strong experience with Terraform (modules, workspaces, complex architectures).
- Automation Mindset: Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages for automation and tooling.
Responsibilities
- You'll shape the infrastructure, automation, and reliability standards that let the entire engineering team ship faster and more safely.
- You'll build and operate the platform that everything runs on - AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability, incident response, end to end.
- You will write backend code, learn new tooling, or do whatever it takes to get the job done - you don't see anything as outside your lane.
