Qualifications

• li><strong>Experience:</strong> 7+ years of operations experience within a custodian bank (Depotbank), clearing firm, or retail broker in the German/European market.</li>
• li><strong>Private Customer Expertise:</strong> Direct experience with mass-affluent and high-volume retail accounts, managing the complexities of fractional shares, and savings plans (Sparpläne).</li>
• li><strong>Technical & Market Knowledge:</strong> Deep understanding of Clearstream Banking Frankfurt (CBF), T2S, and European post-trade infrastructure.</li>
• li><strong>Risk & Controls:</strong> Proven background in establishing and executing internal controls, particularly within the context of MaRisk and outsourced operations.</li>
