Responsibilities

• The Senior Cloud Engineer serves as a key technical role responsible for driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and compliance across Mar***'s cloud and application hosting environments.
• Develops and maintains a roadmap for continuous improvement, operational maturity, and service optimization across cloud platforms and managed application services based on business priorities and technology strategy.
• Facilitates performance optimization, service improvement initiatives, and infrastructure cost analysis to improve platform reliability, operational efficiency, and business value delivery.
• Recommends and implements solutions to address service health trends, operational challenges, and compliance gaps identified through monitoring, reporting, audits, and stakeholder feedback.
• Partners with infrastructure support, application managed service providers, and development teams to ensure continuous availability and operational continuity of critical business applications.
