Qualifications
- We are looking for someone who is passionate about using data to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
- You are equally comfortable diving into complex datasets, defining measurement frameworks, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to turn insights into action.
- You are naturally curious and constantly asking questions.
- What product experiences drive higher engagement and conversion?
- Your work will directly influence product strategy, customer experience, and business performance.
- 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field
- Advanced SQL
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will serve as a strategic analytics partner to Product, Engineering, and Business leaders.
- You will help define and measure the customer journey, identify opportunities for funnel optimization, and influence product strategy through data-driven recommendations.
- You will need to challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders across the organization, and communicate complex findings through clear, compelling narratives grounded in data.
- You will have the opportunity to define analytical approaches, shape measurement strategies, and drive high-visibility initiatives.
- You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Engineers, and business leaders to solve complex challenges.
- You'll be surrounded by curious, driven teammates who value experimentation, innovation, and professional growth.
- Partner with Product and Business leaders to identify opportunities for funnel optimization, customer experience improvements, and revenue growth
- Develop analytical frameworks that measure product performance across the customer journey and inform strategic decision-making
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify drivers of customer behavior, conversion, engagement, retention, and product adoption
- Define, monitor, and communicate key product performance metrics and KPIs
- Lead measurement planning for new product launches, features, and experiments
- Design and analyze A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks to evaluate product changes and quantify business impact
