About the role Reporting to the Lead Application Operations Engineer, you will support the delivery, configuration, and ongoing improvement of Trust applications, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and compliant with NHS*** standards.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Lead Application Operations Engineer, you will support the delivery, configuration, and ongoing improvement of Trust applications, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and compliant with NHS*** standards.
• Support development, deployment and maintenance of clinical applications
• Manage incidents, problems, and system changes to resolution
• Ensure compliance with data protection, IG, and NHS*** standards
• Monitor performance, analyse trends, and drive continuous improvement
• Provide specialist support to users and stakeholders across the organisation

• Experience supporting or administering business-critical applications
