- p>As a Senior/ACD Team, you’ll have experience of creating, producing and implementing global campaigns for our clients.

- p><strong>What are we looking for in you?</strong> </p>
- li>Proven experience in advertising and the book that goes with it (that means a portfolio demonstrating big ideas and smart thinking for real clients!)</li>
- li>Healthcare experience is preferable</li>
- li>A curiosity for ideas and how design can help express the thinking behind them </li>
- li>You’re proactive and expect that of your team </li>
- li>Good communication

- For employees located within a one-hour commute of a Real Chemistry office, we require in-person attendance two days per week, either from a Real Chemistry office or when working onsite with clients.
- Employees in regions without a nearby office may work remotely and come together throughout the year for collaboration, culture-building, learning, and team connection opportunities.

- li>Create and execute creative concepts across a range of media </li>
- li>Mentor the teams under you </li>
- li>Develop a productive and rewarding relationship with your clients </li>
- li>Working closely with the Strategy team to ensure work is based on the best insights and on brief </li>
- li>Work collaboratively with the creative team - Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters, and the wider agency team to bring ideas to life </li>
- li>Manage assigned tasks within timelines and project
